As difficult as it may be, we must try to view her life as complete. We need to avoid thinking about what she would have been like if she were living. We shouldn’t focus on the missed birthdays or Christmases, although I know they will be difficult.
From the moment of conception, God knew how many days Delia Grace would have on this earth. Nine weeks and three days was her full intended life. It was a beautiful and complete life, just as it was. Yes, we would have liked it to be longer. We would have loved to experience her crawling, laughing, first steps and so much more. That’s what we intended for her, but that wasn’t God’s plan.
She lived the complete life that God determined for her, and we rejoice in the wonderful, amazing experience it was to know her and to love her.
Delia Grace, you are forever our angel.

You amaze me everyday Elizabeth. There is not a day I don’t think about you and your beautiful daughter. I always try to think of the right words to say, but they are never enough. All I know she is she is beautiful and so are you. Hugs!
